Prep is 5 days a week and children stay all day. Children must be 5 years old by 30 June in the year they start Prep.
Prep Enrolment Packs
- Enrolment Packs for 2025 available via post or collection from Monday 22nd April 2024
- Enrolment packs for 2025 accepted from Monday 29th April 2024. Out of catchment waiting list opens.
- Parent Information Morning to be held on Thursday 23rd May 2024 9:30 - 10:30 am in the Performing Arts Centre (PAC)
- Prep Tours begins Friday 7th June once a fortnight (Fridays at 9:30 am) Please call the school office to book an appointment.
- Orientation Activity Morning Thursday 10th October 2024 from 9:30 - 10:30 am. You will be able visit the classrooms and participate in activities with your child.
- Student Transition Session and Parent Interviews 4th November - 14th November. You will be contacted regarding interviews bookings.
- Stepping Up Morning Monday 2 December 2024 9:30 - 10:30 am. Prep student and parent meet their 2025 class teachers.
Local child care links
Elanora State School is proud to be associated with all of our local child care providers. Links between the centres have been established and our Prep team are in communication with the Prep staff at our centres. We share ideas, resources and ways to support our families as they transition into the formal school environment.
