Lets stop bullying

The Federal Government have a new Bullying website to support schools, students, parents and all community members to better understand, respond to and be supported on any aspect related to bullying. The link provides a range of information and resources that can be accessed.

At Elanora State School, there are many learnings, processes to respond to, and layers of support that is available to our students on this important topic. At any time, parents and students can communicate to the relevant classroom teachers, one of our Student Engagement teachers, the relevant Deputy Principal, or our Guidance Officer to access support on any issue of concern.

Our focus at Elanora State School is to teach our students the behaviours we expect, celebrate the positive behaviours we see, respond effectively and efficiently to any issue of concern, and be there to support those involved if a problem occurs. By working together in a collaborative way, we can maintain the positive and kind environment that we have at our school.

Additional Learning Resources

The Queensland Government provides links to additional learning resources that parents can access to support their child's learning beyond the classroom. The site links parents to various websites that provide learning activities for students of all ages.
